Just to remind you the Barrow Runners AGM will take place at Humphrey Perkins school on Tuesday 20th April at 7.15pm. Note the training run on that evening will take place an hour earlier starting at 6pm from the school. Please make an effort to attend the AGM as it is your club and this is a once a year opportunity to have your say in an open forum about how the club is run and the events we take part in. If anyone has any items they wish to include on the Agenda or if anyone wishes to stand for the Committee then can they please let Nige know in the next couple of days. A copy of the agenda will be attached later on this week.

Please note that the venue for the Welcome to summer training social on Tuesday 30 March has changed to the Griffin at Swithland (the Curzon can't fit us all in!)
Please park in the overspill car park behind the regular car park for this first Tuesday summer training session of the year. We’ll set out from here, do a run around the woods and then descend on the Griffin’s function room for sandwiches, chips and ale!
To help out our friendly pub hosts, please remember in case it’s muddy to either leave your trainers at the door or bring a clean pair. We're in the skittle alley.
A fortnight after this, we'll be back meeting at Woodhouse |
