With a weekend off from Derby Runner X-Country and Leicestershire Road Running Leagues meant that there was a good turnout at the 2010 running of the self-styled "hardest race in the county" - the Bowline Charnwood Hills race. Emily Ault ran a great race to finish second women home and the womens team finished 3rd overall.
Newly crowned club champion Alex Toll lead the Barrow men home in 18th (9th Vet) with Barry Murray next home in 31st. Overall the mens team came in 2nd place behind Leicester Tri. Bob Aird and Bryan Gallagher were on hand to capture the race and his phots can be seen in the gallery section (log in required). Get all the results here. |
