Come and support Barrow Runners taking part in the Outlaw, a new Iron Man distance triathlon at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham on Sunday 8 August.  Anna Brocklehurst, Chris Brown and Stormin Norman Harding take on the individual challenge whilst Capn' Spenno, Ross McGregor and Mon Raajmakers compete in the team event.  The Barrow tent will be set up throughout the day so come and bring a picnic and cheer like a nutter.

On 5 July Professor Shirley Pearce, Vice Chancellor of Loughborough University presented race secretary Adrian Spencer and social secretary Anna Seddon with a nice big cheque from the University's 'Inside Out' Donations Fund.  This fund supports local community groups in which members of the University staff participate.  As Barrow attracts a growing number of University staff and students, we're delighted to see our club's efforts recognised by the University and the funding is a welcome boost to support our coaching activities.
