The RUNdown - 4th November 2019
Shepshed 7 this weekend saw Alex Toll first home for Barrow. It was also good to see two of the Club's more senior runners taking part, namely Bill Phillips & Bob Aird. Bob has competed in this event since the first one in 2001, a great achievement.
Keith Yendall completed his final 'Season' in the Wolf Run Series, which means he is now an Alpha Wolf!
Youngster, Annabel Rashleigh also achieved a milestone with her 50th Parkrun, well done.
