James is a registered sports nutritionist (SENR) and set up Nutrition for Energy 5 years ago, a nutrition consultancy business. He primarily works with runners, ultra runners and triathletes to increase their energy and performance whilst they juggle busy work and family life.
James has dabbled with triathlon, completing the Nice Ironman in 2018, and has more recently been focussing on ultra running, using many of the sports nutrition principles that he will be talking to us about to complete the Dragon's Back Race (6 days, 380km, 16400m) last September.
The talk will be recorded and a link to the Zoom room will be sent out nearer the time.
