The 'Run'down - 20 August 2018

This weekend Pete & Helen Wiseman were flying the Barrow flag in Ireland at the Longford Half Marathon where Pete was 2nd V60 in 1:57:28. In Wales, Alex & Lorraine Toll, & Lucy Bird were Racing the Train over 14 undulating off road miles. Alex was 2nd V50 in 1:39:39 and did beat the train by 9 minutes, a brilliant achievement!

Ultra Running

As mentioned in last week's Rundown, Helen James completed the Berlin Wall 100 mile race in 21 hours 03 minutes and was 13th lady, 73rd overall from 450 starters. Her Blog of the race can be found at:
