The 2010 Outlaw Triathlon in Nottingham. Up to 1,000 entrants face a gruelling challenge, with a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run.

Come and support Barrow Runners taking part in the Outlaw, a new Iron Man distance triathlon at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham on Sunday 8 August. Anna Brocklehurst, Chris Brown and Stormin Norman Harding take on the individual challenge whilst Capn' Spenno, Ross McGregor and Mon Raajmakers compete in the team event. The Barrow tent will be set up throughout the day so come and bring a picnic and cheer like a nutter. |

 Top efforts by the Barrow Outlaw Posse at a scorching hot Holme Pierrepont yesterday ... not only did Anna, Chris and Norman go well under their target times in the individual ironman distance event, but Mon, Ross and Capn' Spenno did a great time for the team event too. |

It's been confirmed with John Skevington that this year's Round Leicester Relays are on Sunday 26th September. Apologise for the confusion, wrong date was originally on their website - not our fault!
