Please note that the venue for the Welcome to summer training social on Tuesday 30 March has changed to the Griffin at Swithland (the Curzon can't fit us all in)
Please park in the overspill car park behind the regular car park for this first Tuesday summer training session of the year. We’ll set out from here, do a run around the woods and then descend on the Griffin’s function room for sandwiches, chips and ale!
To help out our friendly pub hosts, please remember in case it’s muddy to either leave your trainers at the door or bring a clean pair. We're in the skittle alley.

As if our super Tuesday and Thursday run sessions weren't enough we have now linked up with Charnwood Tri Club to allow members access to swim sessions on a Tuesday morning at Rawlins school or Tuesday evening in Ashby as well as group cycling sessions at the weekend.
