Louise's role

As communications officer for the club, Louise's role is to manage the monthly newsletter that is shared with all Barrow Members, keep the Barrow website up to date and publish new material when appropriate as well as publish a weekly 'Run' down of everyone's running escapades from races and events of the week before

Louise's running story

Louise started running when she entered her first Olympic distance tri in 2016 and has been running ever since. 2020 has been Louise's best year of running yet achieving PB's in the 5K, 10K and half marathon distances through lockdown events. Her favourite distance is 10K but is slowly learning to enjoy the longer half marathon distance
