Lots of PBs at the Rothley 10km on Tuesday, a 24-hour race in Reading, all the usual parkruns and 1st place in the National Forest Way Ultra 75 (team) on Saturday, and LRRL race Swithland 6 on Sunday. What a week!

This week saw the fifth race of the LRRL and second in the Club Championship in the form of the West End 8. Over 40 Barrow Runners took part, with Michael Cheverton achieving another second place finish in the league.
