Promotion for the men's and women's team in the Leicestershire Road Running League; the Berlin Marathon; a couple of Half Marathons and an Obstacle Course Race all in this week's Rundown.

LRRL 2019 - both the men's and women's team have been promoted to Division 2. Very well done to everyone who ran a League Race this year. However, special mention to Karen Bell and Liam King who ran nine and eight races respectively, out of a possible eleven.
