21 Barrow Runners went South this weekend as we took over at Cirencester Parkrun on Saturday where we got a super warm welcome from all the volunteers there. Two worthy shout outs are Amber Lester taking 1st Lady and the return of Mick Ballard with his first race since Dec 2020 – great to see you in action again Mick! However, as far as locations go, Peter Booth takes that title, running Stateside in the Dallas Burston Polo Club Parkrun. Sunday was the ever-popular Charnwood Hills Fells Race which was hosting its 35th event which saw Barrow Runners take on the beautiful Charnwood countryside and all its glorious hills and finally we have a Half Marathon debut for Terri Cooper in Warwick.
