The RUNdown

This weekend saw 28 Barrow Runners compete in the Livingston Relays, with the Vet Women taking home a bronze medal. Earlier in the week, podium spots were also claimed at the Trent 5 Mile.

The RUNdown - 29nd May 2023
We had a great turnout at the Livingston Relays: lemon drizzle, Bakewell tarts, cupcakes, and also 28 runners. The Vet Women achieved a brilliant 3rd place, the Senior Women just missed out on the podium, and the Senior men finished in the top 10.

Earlier in the week, two Barrow Runners claimed prize spots at the Trent 5 Mile race in Beeston, and members took on parkruns from Devon to Northern Ireland.
