There was a lot of midweek action. Strong runs in the final two events of the Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix saw Kathy Robinson and Ann Hillier claim V55 podium spots in the overall standings.
In the Windmill Fell Race on Wednesday, Liv Bent was 3rd female and Tim Hartley won his age category, but first Barrow runner home was Alex Haines.
The weekend brought a stellar parkrun debut for George Burdett, Martin Mee's first go at a Half IronMan, and a Tough Mudder event for the Goodacres. Over on the continent, Lewis Moses was showing off his pace in the Swiss Alps at the Trail Verbier St Bernard.
