In addition we have another club champs under the belt at Rotherby 8 alongside a 10K, parkruns and an Olympic Distance triathlon thrown in for good measure.
Well done to Jon Richardson for completing his 3rd Ultra in the past month. Both himself and Sam Minion took on the gruelling circular route of the Peveril Peak District Ultra of 34.8M with Jon coming in a with a very respectable 07:46:19 and Sam finishing it the top 10 with a time of 06:34:19. Sticking with our mountainous theme, Lewis Moses was over in the Italian Alps taking part in the UTMB ETC which was 15K in distance and 1200M of elevation. Lewis came 32nd out of 1183 runners overall as well as claiming 1st in his age category. Well done to all 3 runners.
Fiona Mee and Will Pattison both ran the Wilne 10K with a very clean 60 secs separating both crossing the line. Next, we have Rotherby 8 with 32 Barrow Runners representing the club and looking to gain places in the Club Championships. We have age category placings for Ian Robinson, Andrew Unitt and Kathy Robinson.
Finally, alongside our trusted Parkruns where we have Rachel Bentley with first lady at the University of Northampton parkrun, we had Russell Lewin competing at the Belvoir Middle Distance Triathlon.
