A special mention goes to Winxy, who has finally taken a well-earned break from running—don't let her fool you though, it was a short break! She was soon back at it with several other club members in the East Leake sprint triathlon, including first timer Rebecca Chandler. Earlier in the week, the track events wrapped up the winter championships in style, with fast and furious races delivering plenty of personal bests. Over at parkrun, there were plenty of impressive age category placings, showing that hard work is paying off across all levels. Whether you were racing, resting, or just enjoying the miles, great work all around!
