The RUNdown

It was the hottest, most humid and quietest racing weekend of the year so far.

Ollie Hatton and Tim Don won the Scaled event at the Wild Hybrid Nottingham in an amazing 47:05, with Liam King and David Buxton coming in 4th. This event combined trail running with five workout stations, including atlas stones and deadlifts.

Barrow Runners showed up in 18 different parkrun locations on Saturday morning, with Gill Elliot going all the way to Oz to run the South Beach Recreation Reserve parkrun, which had only 38 runners in total!
