The vests saw heavy use this week, with West End 8 on Sunday and Rothley 10k on Tuesday.

Our juniors had a blast at parkrun this Saturday, with PBs for Xander, Lachie, James, and Grace.

In the world of triathlon, Neil set a new middle distance PB in the Cotswolds.

The main event of the weekend was the West End 8, where we had 32 runners out, three of whom ran their first LRRL race for Barrow: Chris B, Carl, and Gill. First home was Michael in sixth overall. Rebecca was first Barrow lady and Andrea ran to an age group podium spot.

Turnout was almost as good at Rothley 10k, where again a Barrow Runner finished in the top ten, this time Chris W taking that honour. Shout out also to Ollie who was second Barrow Runner in both races!

Well done all! Kudos in particular to those who raced twice in three days!
