We are in the thick of it now, with very little time for resting between races.

Hot on the tail of last week's races this weekend saw the return of the Swithland 6 on Sunday. Some Very impressive times and PBs were achieved. Surely this week's special mention has to go to Dawn Storer for running at the base of a very active volcano at Etna Parkrun! Meanwhile Luka Yates tackled a Wolf Run at Standford Hall and came first in his Wave after making bets with his competitors in the warm up area. Malcolm Cook took on a sprint Triathlon at Blenheim Palace just a few days after setting a nice time at the Rothley 10k.
