Aside from the parkruns, Malcolm Cook took on his first ever Olympic triathlon in Birmingham, achieving an impressive 3 hour finish, whilst Belvoir Castle saw Barrow entrants in both the Triathlon and Duathlon disciplines, with strong performances from both Chris Trzcinski and Paul Leaney.
