Welcome to this weeks Rundown, and holiday season…

Happy Monday folks. It has been a fairly quiet one this weekend in terms of events due to the holidays, but that hasn't stopped some impressive achievements from our members. The Robinsons took on the Great Western Runners Towpath 10k, the third of 4 races in the Towpath Series, Liz earning a 3rd in age category and Ian a 5th in age category. A couple of days later Malcolm 'Bomber' Harris ran the 14 mile Northumberland Coastal run in a very respectable time and was 2nd Vet 70. On top of that we had the usual plethora of park runs tackled around the country. Justine & Rob wearing their new shirts opting for a fast Battersea where the top 9 finishers were under 16 minutes! and Malcolm Cook working out at Whinlatter Forest, apparently one of the hardest park runs in the country.
