With an incredible 4 runners in the top 10, the Barrow ladies have increased their lead at the top of the team table, placing them in a strong position as we approach the final two XC races in March.
Some of us will do anything to escape the rain, with Michael Cheverton escaping to the Spanish winter sun in Seville as he smashed his PB at the Marathon. All of those early morning runs in the dark definitely paid off as he clocked an incredible time of 2:34:57.
