What a busy and exciting weekend we just had. Glorious sun and cool mornings, what more could a runner want? It was a stark contrast to the horrible headwinds of last weekend. This week has seen the usual bout of parkrun attendances, probably boosted in numbers somewhat by the lovely weather. Danny Hall got himself a shiny new 5k PB and there was one very special number for our Mens captain Mark Sadler attending his 400th Parkrun, which he kept very low key!

For those not parkrunning on Saturday, it was likely as they were trained and ready for Sunday's Manchester Marathon. Barrow had a whole host of entrants and supporters at the event, and many PBs were hunted down in style! Special thanks to those supporting and taking some photos!
