Parkrun is not a race, they say, so the only competition to report on this week is the junior's 800m time trial in sunny Quorn. It's great to see a big turnout to the junior championship events and impressive how speedy many of them have become. Well done all!

Parkrun is not a race, they say, and maybe it is more of a tourist activity. Parkrun results flooded in from Dorset, Scotland, Ireland, and everywhere in between. Among the parkrun tourists this week were James and Hollie, unknowingly coinciding at Highcliffe Beach.

Parkrun is not a race, they say. For some it's just a cooldown. Before toeing the line at Watermead parkrun, Danny did his own early-morning time trial and achieved a sub 21 min 5k PB.
