Amazing Winxy took on the half Ironman in Swansea, coming 1st in her age category and getting herself a place in the Ironman World Championships 70.3!

George, Bridie and Kathy completed all four races of the Holme Pierrepont Grand Prix series, with Bridie and Kathy coming top in their respective age categories, and George coming 13th overall and 4th in the age category that he will very soon be leaving.

The Barrow Runners Six Sweltered in the Sunshine at the Watermead Challenge, where Rich P got his first PB of the week.

Jonathan took on the Birmingham Sprint Triathlon where he enjoyed the swim, but overheated for the rest of the event.

Mark was on the Isle of White, Andrea and Collette in Wales, and a whole bunch of us in Nottingham for the fourth Club Championship race at the relatively new Victoria Embankment parkrun where Rich P got his second PB of the week.
