Across the slabs to Quorn. Work your way through Quorn to Buddon Lane. Follow the track across to Forest Road and turn left, then on the corner before Woodhouse take the path accross towards Woodthorpe. Then straight along the track to the canal and back along the canal to Barrow. To make it longer add in a loop of Charnwood water
