Meet Waitrose carpark
Run along main road towards Mountsorrel until you come to Sileby Rd, Turn left and go onto canal towards Barrow and the Navigation. If the light is good keep going to Proctors if not come off onto road, head over the slabs to Quorn and run a loop according to your groups needs before going back to Wiatrose.
