The Tuesday evening route will start and finish in the carpark at the front of the Humphrey Perkins School to make it easier for members on the night to get to the AGM.

We can park in car park at the rear of the School (to the side of the library) before the run and during the AGM.

Some Committee members will be at the venue beforehand and we will start the meeting at 7.45pm promptly.

We need 25 members to attend for it to count as a formal AGM. So please try to attend to support your club.
